Fast and Friendly but Pricey Service was super quick, and the staff was friendly. I loved staying in my car during the oil change. However, I think $95 for a standard oil change is a bit steep. Would come again if they offered better coupons
Poor Communication Led to Issues. Technicians were polite, but they used synthetic oil without asking me first, which doubled the price. I wasn’t happy about that surprise on my bill. They need to communicate better.
Shoutout to Mark and Tony at the 5th Ave location! They walked me through everything, offered great advice, and even topped off my fluids for free. Great experience all around.
